MEDITERRANEAN FRIDAYS V: DO DESIGN, THE CONCEPT STORE

Via Do Design.

A few days ago my friend Pablo told me about this amazing concept store in Madrid. A place that mixes a clothing shop, a furniture and decorations store, an art gallery and a little café, everything decorated with an exquisite eclectic taste. The intention is to create a place not only to buy but also to live an experience, as well as raising awareness about emerging designers and artists.

I am very excited about this only germinal idea, but the atmosphere that exists there, full of light and vintage touches and its condition of dog friendly business, turns Do Design into a mandatory stop at this Christmas shopping time, or at any other time of year.

Hace unos días mi amigo Pablo me habló de esta increíble concept store en Madrid. Un lugar que conjuga tienda de ropa, muebles y decoración, con galería de arte y pequeño un café, todo ello decorado con un exquisito gusto ecléctico.  La intención es crear un espacio donde no sólo puedas comprar, sino vivir una experiencia, además de dar a conocer a diseñadores y artistas emergentes.

Esta idea germinal ya me llena de entusiasmo, pero el ambiente que allí existe, lleno de luz y toques vintage, y su condición de negocio dog friendly, convierten a Do Design en una parada obligatoria en esta época de compras navideñas, o en cualquier otro momento del año.
