Spanish team buj+colón arquitectos is the author of this renovation in Madrid. The idea is to organise this tiny duplex only throughout three pieces of furniture: a table, a door+wardrobe and a staircase+shelving. This way, apart from dividing the plan, it helps solve by means of design one of the biggest problems of modern housing: the need for storage space.

El equipo español buj+colón arquitectos es el autor de esta reforma en Madrid. La idea es organizar el espacio de este pequeño dúplex únicamente mediante tres muebles: una mesa, una puerta+armario y una escalera+estantería. De esta forma, además de compartimentar la planta, se ayuda a solventar a través del diseño uno de los grandes problemas de las viviendas modernas mínimas: la necesidad de espacio de almacenamiento.
